We know how important it is to stay up to date with your child's care and education. That's why we offer multiple ways for you to get the info you need about what's going on at the school and in your child's classroom.
Ways to Stay connected
Website- Check out the different links on this page, to find forms, calendar and current events, as well as links to other resources.
Pictures and Reports- Jin-A partners with Kaymbu to provide parents with regular pictures and reports about what is happening in the classroom. Parents receive them by e-mail or can download the Kaymbu for Parents App.
Paper Handouts- Our teachers provide many handouts in your child's bag with forms, announcements, and info about their day.
Facebook- Stay up to date with us on social media on our Facebook page!
Jin-A Parents Association
The JPA is open to all Jin-A parents. The JPA provide input on where children should go for field trips and trainings that would interest parents. JPA events are scheduled for each month. These events include planning meetings and parent workshops. The JPA helps to purchase gifts at Christmas and the End of the Year Ceremony/Graduation. All Parents are encouraged to participate in the classroom by reading stories or introducing their heritage.

Harvest Festival was celebrated with games and crafts, a guest turkey and guest Pilgrim who told the story of the first Thanksgiving. The children enjoyed grinding corn and petting the turkey. Parents came for a delicious class potluck.
Jin-A families took over UNO’s on October 19th. Old friends reconnected and new friends enjoyed extra time together. The pizza was delicious. The service was great!
Thank you to all the families that participated in person or got take out! Thank you to UNO’s for providing a relaxed and spacious environment.

Our 2023 Graduation was held outside in the gazebo on June 16. The decorations were beautiful thanks to the Patel family. Click here to see pictures.

Jin-A’s Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser is back! After COVID, we weren’t able to have it for a while. This year, many parents attended with their children. It was great to see some alumni as well. We appreciate the staff and young volunteers that came to help, serve, and interact with families.
Parents, grandparents, and younger siblings joined their child’s class on the playground for a wonderful Spring Festival on the morning of May 11 , 2022.
Children from Ms. Zenaida, Ms. Cathy, Ms. Alba and Ms. Marjorie’s classes enjoyed moving to various craft and game stations. Parents did great supporting their child with the crafts and keeping them with their group.
An impromptu dancing station helped children enjoy the time between stations.
The colorful tents and beautiful spring and recycling theme artwork of the children displayed around the perimeter created a festive feeling.
Parking was manageable thanks to the VFW taking our overflow.
Thanks to Little Pizza Heaven, parents were able to pre-order delicious pizza’s to enjoy with their child and friends.
Children from Ms. Hiromi, Ms. Jacquie, and Ms. Cassandra’s older classes were joined by their families on the playground for a wonderful Spring Festival on the afternoon of May 11 , 2022.
As older children, they managed crafts and game stations with a lot more independence than the younger groups, but parents still joined in making crafts and playing games with their child. This age enjoyed doing more detailed work on their crafts and played games that were a little more challenging than the morning session. The beanbag toss was still the favored activity, though.

Moe from Little Pizza Heaven stayed out in the sun for 4 hours to cook delicious pizzas pre-ordered by parents, which many enjoyed during the festivities.
Overall the Spring Festival was a success!
